Gustavo Castillo, better known as Tavo Man or by his powerful alias Ábuti (“Leader” in Garifuna), is a multi-talented Garifuna artist from Honduras and a Latin Grammy nominee, now shining from the United States. From a young age, his passion for art was clear: he won drawing and painting contests, showcasing his natural gift for visual creativity. But his artistic soul didn’t stop there. In his teenage years, rhythm and melody captured him, taking his first steps as a music producer and carving a path among emerging artists in his community. This led to the birth of G.A Prod Music - Gartnation, his own label where he not only produces music but also directs his own videos, taking his art to the next level. With songs ranging from reggaeton to Afro-Caribbean beats, Tavo Man blends his Garifuna culture with fresh sounds and powerful lyrics.
