The Subjective

The Subjective is the electronic alias of Daniel Seacroft — a space for sonic exploration, groove, and process. Rooted in house and dance music but shaped by experimentation and hardware culture, the project moves between deep, feel-good rhythms and more textural, exploratory edges. What began with a collaboration alongside Redondo on Spinnin’ Records has since evolved through releases with Belfast’s De’Funkd and more recent work with INNX on Nasty Cat — but at its core, The Subjective remains simple: A love for machines, sampling, movement, and the feeling that happens when sound connects.
