Seda Erciyes

Seda Erciyes is an Istanbul-based singer, songwriter, and performer, and one of the defining voices of Turkey's contemporary R&B scene. Trained in jazz while studying engineering at Istanbul Technical University, she moved from musical theatre and festival stages into releasing her own music in 2019. Her 2021 single "Uçak" which is paired with a gamified video and interactive experience turned heads across the music industry. Her singular style has since drawn attention from the fashion world too, as she blends pop, R&B, hip-hop, and jazz into a sound with a strong visual identity, all backed by commanding vocals and stage energy. In 2024, she released her debut album Bataklığımda, a raw exploration of the female psyche, performed on major stages in Turkey and abroad. In 2025, Seda was named to IMPALA's prestigious "100 Artists to Watch" list, recognizing her as one of the independent scene's rising international names. Her latest single, "Sev Seveceksen," a collaboration with Melike Şahin, has further spotlighted her songwriting, a craft she continues to sharpen as she builds toward a lasting, long-term career in Turkish music.
