DJ Adizzy

Adilson Correia Victor, professionally known as DJ Adizzy, is an Angolan DJ, producer and music creator whose musical journey spans over a decade and reflects the evolution of African music and global electronic sounds. Born in Angola and raised in South Africa from the age of seven, DJ Dizzy developed a strong connection to both Angolan and South African music cultures. His passion for music grew further while studying at university in Pretoria, South Africa, where he began producing music professionally. His early production work explored a diverse range of genres, including Kuduro, Hip Hop, R&B and House music, allowing him to develop a versatile production style and a deep understanding of different musical cultures. In 2014, DJ Dizzy released “Mambo Rijo,” a production that gained significant recognition within the Angolan music scene and became a popular beat played by numerous DJs. The success of the track helped establish his name as a producer and opened doors to collaborations with several prominent Angolan artists. Throughout his career, DJ Dizzy has worked with artists including Neru Americano, Célia Ribas, NGA and other respected names within Angola's music industry. Today, DJ Dizzy continues to evolve with the sound of African electronic music, focusing on Afro House and 3Step, while incorporating elements of his Angolan roots, South African influences and contemporary global sounds.
