Biography & Metadata

Internationally acclaimed Dancehall artist Blaiz Fayah announces his new EP “Basshall Party” (The Orchard / Sony), set for spring 2026. With a unique style, he’s gaining global traction - from Colombia and Kenya to the Netherlands, Costa Rica, and his native France - cementing his place in the Dancehall/Shatta scene. He has over 5 million monthly listeners, 500 million YouTube views (including 160M for “Bad”), and 2 million user videos. His track “Money Pull Up” (feat. Maureen) sparked a viral global dance trend. Revealed in 2018 with “Best Gyal” (Level Up), he later released the “Mad Ting” trilogy (2020–2023), blending Dancehall with Kompa, Moombahton, Reggae, Shatta, and Zouk alongside DJ Glad and Mafio House. With Basshall Records, he delivered hits like “Bad,” “Pon Di Ting,” “Pilot,” and “Rude” with Kybba, becoming a key figure in the global Shatta wave. His 2025 album “Shatta Ting” featured collaborations with top producers across Martinique, Paris, the Netherlands, and Spain. The “Basshall Party” EP brings together Mad Ting producers Gyzmo and Titony with Basshall’s Kybba and Tribal Kush : no features, just pure energy. After sold-out shows at La Cigale (2024) and Olympia (2026), he returns with a new international tour in summer 2026.
