Biography & Metadata
I started making music in the 80s, playing synth in Woltage in Landskrona. I never really stopped being fascinated by that world — drum machines, synths, basslines, repetition and the atmosphere you can create with surprisingly little. These days I make music somewhere between gothic rock, post-punk, darkwave and electronic music. Sometimes it’s guitar-driven, sometimes more synthetic, but I’m usually looking for the same thing: something dark, melodic and slightly uncomfortable. I still love the music I grew up with — The Cure, Joy Division, Depeche Mode, The Sisters of Mercy and the darker side of the 80s — but I’m not interested in making a museum piece. I use whatever works, old or new, analog or digital, and try to make it sound like me. Most of it is made independently, in my own studio, because I genuinely enjoy the whole process — writing, recording, experimenting and occasionally making things much more complicated than they need to be. If you like dark music, you’ll probably feel at home here.
