Benirrás Beach Club

Benirrás Beach Club is a house music production duo formed by Jay Benirrás (Jason Hayward) and joined by Matt Capone, bringing together decades of DJ experience and a shared passion for the Balearic sound that has defined Ibiza for generations. Blending soulful house, disco, organic percussion and contemporary grooves, the duo create music inspired by the atmosphere of sunsets, beach clubs and open-air dance-floors. Jay Benirrás brings a strong rhythmic foundation shaped by his background as a professional drummer. His understanding of groove and dynamics underpins the duo's productions and DJ sets, with an approach that balances understated sophistication with dancefloor energy. As founder of the Benirrás Beach Club brand, he has built a reputation for carefully curated musical journeys that reflect both classic Balearic influences and modern house music. Matt Capone complements this with more than two decades of international DJ experience, performing throughout the UK, Ibiza and Italy. His career has included residencies in Ibiza and the Italian Alps, appearances alongside Paul Wilkins (Hed Kandi), Vicky Devine (Judgement Sundays, Ushuaïa) and Ray Davies (Ibiza Euphoria), and supporting Fatboy Slim at the legendary Bar M. His broad musical knowledge and instinctive understanding of audiences continue to shape the duo's performances and productions.
