B WAVE

B WAVE is an Afro Tech-House producer whose music connects African roots, European melodies and global influences. The sonic architect who transforms African-rooted compositions into club records while preserving their cultural identity. His sound combines deep grooves, layered percussion, organic textures and electronic precision. Each remix draws on the original composition’s character, carrying its voice and rhythm into a new setting. Now expanding into original songs and new sounds, B WAVE collaborates with vocalists, instrumentalists and producers across cultures. His ambition is to establish AMAPOPCORN as a new global fusion genre, blending Romanian Popcorn dance music with Afro rhythms and world music. Multilingual vocals and distinctive instrumentation give this emerging sound its international character. Behind B WAVE is Radu, founder of Black & White Parties and Events. He reinvented himself as a producer in his fifties after a career in weapons and ammunition management. More than 15 years in African and multicultural environments, alongside visits to 28 African countries, shaped his appreciation for the traditions informing his work. With his African team and international collaborators, he develops releases that connect musicians and introduce their sounds to wider audiences.
