The Sizzos

I started The Sizzos to make the kind of songs that stay with you. Based in Eugene, OR, the project brings together friends and collaborators to create music that blends indie rock, electronic pop, shoegaze, and synth-folk, always with an ear for melody and atmosphere. Our songs are built to pull you in. We use an “intentional approach to soundstage and mixing,” with layered textures, vintage synths, harmonies, and vocals that feel close but just out of reach. Our debut album She’s Driving Down was praised as “an absolute homerun” with lyrics that “shine the most,” while Glitter in Gravel explored themes of love, loss, and renewal through “wistful, unguarded” tracks.
