Kofi

Kofi is a Toronto-born artist, songwriter, producer, and professional volleyball player. Growing up in Scarborough, he taught himself how to produce and engineer music, turning a laptop and a love for songwriting into the foundation of his sound. His journey eventually took him to UCLA, where he became a standout volleyball player. After a 4 year break from volleyball to tour Europe and Africa as a musician, Kofi returned to play professional volleyball in first Finland, then the south of France, & currently Poland. All while playing internationally on the Canadian national team. Music has remained constant through every chapter. From early independent releases and collaborations with artists like Peruzzi to an NBA 2K soundtrack placement and tens of millions of streams, Kofi has built a career on his own terms—creating wherever life takes him. His latest chapter is Phone Home, a project shaped by distance, love, travel, and the feeling of trying to stay connected while living a life in motion.
