Biography & Metadata

First Nations electronic artist Moss has been non-stop in cementing his bass-driven footprint in his motherland of Australia and beyond. With a production foundation that has seen the likes of Marshmello, Yellow Claw, Jauz and more drop fully-fledged support, the October Records producer has proven he’s the brooding, yet maximalist sleeping giant of the electronic dance realm. With a full arsenal of music in the bank, 2023 saw his take on the ever-powerful hit record 'Solid Rock' alongside collaborators Goanna, Tasman Keith and William Barton, garnered industry support from the likes of triple j, Rolling Stone Australia and Urban List, not to mention becoming the theme to the NRL's 2023 Indigenous Round & the closing recording for 2023’s Brisbane Riverfire soundtrack. Commanding attention across his catalogue, his recent release ‘Strictly 4 Tha’ alongside UK rap giant Example on the iconic EDM label Monstercat, saw them tour the country together after racking up nearly half a million streams. Not shy of leaving the studio and taking to the festival stage, 2024 has seen Moss featured on prominent bills including Rabbits Eat Lettuce, Wildlands, Ability Fest & more while also recently being hand picked by Ableton for their Live 11 launch showcase in Sydney, all the while devoting his anomalous vision to breaking boundaries across the electronic scene.
