Rev. D. T. Paredes

I was born into a family of singers and musicians. Music was being played in my house before I made my entrance into the world. There were a variety of genres being enjoyed; everything from Hymns and Spirituals to Jazz and Great American Singers; Singing from "The American Songbook." Nat "King" Cole, Johnny Mathis, Andy Williams, Frank Sinatra, Nancy Wilson, Doris Day, and so on filled the air and filled my heart. When I was about six years old I gave my heart to the Lord Jesus Christ and Gospel; "The Good News of Jesus Christ" became my soundtrack. My Faith and Commitment to "My Call" and serving a local congregation and teaching and preaching the gospel for over three decades and singing "Songs of Faith" across the globe, has been my Honor and my Joy! But, those early musical influences of Great Singers, Singing Great Songs, has never left me, and now leads me here. Please listen and enjoy a sample of my "re.IMAGINING" of some "Music from The American Songbook!" Rev. D.T.Paredes 9/15/24
