Heidi Armstrong

My Journey of Rage, Letting Go, Acceptance, and Raw Absurdity. Lived Experience, Shaped in2 Sound. [ ABSURDITY ] latest EP * Heidi x Ratter : Almost Stable. Raw energy, and familiar emotional vulnerability seen through a different lens — sometimes absurd and irreverent, sometimes melancholic and deeply introspective. An absurd, irreverent streak has been in their DNA since Spray / WHAT THE BRICK / THIS ISN'T IT / THE RESET / Still Functioning and Coffee Break !! revealing another shade of worldview. [ ACCEPTANCE ] Things I Lift In Silence gave way to exploration of letting go and learning to accept. The dark atmosphere remained, and closed with • The End Of My Pain, but the perspective shifted from expressing pain to learning how to live with it. [ THE BEGINNING ] • I Don't Know Why • 13 Winters, Then You Let Go. All songs began with pain, anger& emotional vulnerability while Alone In The Dark (ARCHIVE EDITION) marked a transition to acceptance. I’m a Lyricist behind CATLY MUSIC OFFICIAL. If any of my songs resonate with you, I’d truly appreciate your support by hitting Follow.🙏 Songwriting and composition are rooted in lived experience and an honest worldview, with DAW +Sampling +ai assist tools helping bring lyrics to life. Each chapter reflects a shift from my personal pain to acceptance and raw energy.
