Fide

Fide Köksal is an Athens-based Turkish singer and songwriter born in Izmir. Since 2006, she has collaborated as a performer, lyricist, and composer with numerous artists in Greece and Türkiye. She has released the albums Büyü (2013) and Meşk (2018), along with 7 singles (Bakma Bana Sen, Umut, Elpida, Gel, Küsme Küçük Kız, Bahar, Tohum) performing in both Turkish and Greek while blending acoustic, electronic, and ethnic arrangements. Known for her poetic songwriting and sincere storytelling, Fide has recorded 4 duets with acclaimed artists (Kalp & Ores Ores with Erkin Arslan, Akou Ourane Mou / Helal with Panagiotis Sdoukos and Ah Na Se Ksehnaga / Ah Bir Yolu Olsa with Onirama). She was also featured on the album Bridges (2010) with legendary Greek composer Mimis Plessas, a collaboration that brought her wide recognition in Greece as a Turkish artist. Fide Köksal has received many international plaques for her contributions to Turkish–Greek friendship, as well as awards recognizing her musical performances also as an actress of musical theater.
