MGX

From the coast of Veracruz, Ángel Maximiliano González, known by his stage name “MGX,” is a 23-year-old composer, artist, and producer in the urban genre. He is passionate about Reggaeton, which is the genre he works with most. In his hometown, he grew up listening to the vibrant, infectious rhythms of the genre, and this tropical style, a blend of old and new school Reggaeton, is what characterizes his music. “I like making music for my people, showing them a song and helping them connect with it because maybe it's something that happened to them at a party, with a girl or guy, during some wild time. That's great, you know, feeling the rhythm of a song and being able to make others feel identified with it and dance to it. That's my mission: music for the fans.”
