Vincent Coomans

Vincent Coomans works and lives in Belgium. Distance, grief and desire are some of the themes that are central in his work. The music of Vincent Coomans got featured in the iconic Belgian radio show 'Duyster' on multiple occasions. In 2023 the artist worked together with Illuminine. They released the gloomy, dreamy noir folk single ' Catch the Night in Marble', based on a sculpture by the visual artist Charbel-joseph H. Boutros. In the song the artist captures his perfect night in a brief period in between lockdowns where suddenly everything was possible again. The song got featured in a 'Duyster'-playlist containing the 100 best songs of 2023.
