Brown Joel

Brown Joel is a Lagos-born Nigerian artist whose music sits at the intersection of Afrobeats, Afro-fusion and pop. Like a poet, he weaves emotion, reflection and lived experience into melodic songs that capture the full spectrum of human feeling. Raised between Ajegunle and Ojo in Lagos, Brown Joel draws from the raw creativity, culture and resilience of both communities, ultimately discovering his love for music and artistic expression at a young age. Beyond performing, he has also established himself as a songwriter, contributing to records for artists including Mr Eazi, Crayon, Mayorkun, etc. But beyond all of that, I’m blessed to have you here. If you’ve found your way to my music and what you hear makes you feel something, then you’re already a part of this journey. My music to you is love, because it’s all of me. It’s where I get to be completely myself, express what I can’t always put into words, and create a real connection with you. So if you’re here, and you love what you hear, stay tapped in. You’re in for a long ride. I’ll be singing for you until my lungs give out.
