ummsbiaus is an experimental multidisciplinary creatress & chantress, native of Kyïv, working in the field of music and visual art. In her creations, rich in symbolism and ephemeral textures, electronic and natural elements form a beautiful symbiosis. Her new album FLORA is a Ukrainian folktronica project built around a female choir, experimental electronics, industrial textures and noise. Conceived as a sonic herbarium, each track corresponds to a flower and a human emotion. Sung in Ukrainian and Latin, the album follows a mythological story of a water creature guided by nymphs through fields and gardens in search of her scattered soul. The choral parts, written specifically for the album and recorded in Kyïv in April 2025, form the core of its ritualistic sound. FLORA continues the narrative of FAVNA (2024). ummsbiaus is not only about music: it's about the idea of combining all possible forms of art to evoke feelings on different levels of perception. support ummsbiaus on Patreon: https://www.patreon.com/ummsbiaus check out this page for more: https://ummsbiaus.squarespace.com
