James Frida

James Frida is the extraverted alter ego of the introverted Jeroen Bossee. A singing rapper - or rapping singer, whatever floats your boat - hailing from Belgium, James has been writing and making music since he was a child. He's a technically sound rapper with a penchant for smooth flows and complex rhyme schemes, and an affinity for the more melodic side of the genre. Living in the European capital and subject to a variety of influences, his music is difficult to pin down, as he'll switch effortlessly between profound introspection and hard-hitting bravado. One moment, you're diving deep into his contemplative rhymes; the next, you're swept up in his unapologetic, swaggering verses.
