Biography & Metadata
Bristol UK based Father and Son duo Jevon and Jason Ives have been producing their unique dub-wise music since 2018. Largely traditional and straight-ahead dubwise instrumental reggae, alternating between propulsive steppers grooves and lurching rockers and one-drop, its fundamental conventionality undercut by elements of avant-dubstep. Tubby Isiah balance the heavy and ethereal with a perfect (and rare) dexterity , capturing that sweet spot between roots tradition and contemporary production.
