Brandon Mason

Brandon Mason is a Canadian songwriter focused on memorable, emotionally driven songs with strong melodies, character, and commercial appeal. Influenced by pop, rock, indie, and the music and pop culture of the ’80s and ’90s, his writing blends accessible hooks with unexpected ideas, perspectives, and storytelling. Brandon is particularly interested in writing and co-writing with recording artists, producers, and other songwriters. He enjoys taking an idea, lyric, melody, or rough demo and developing it into something complete—while remaining open to reshaping the song around an artist’s voice, identity, and vision. His writing spans upbeat pop, emotional relationship-driven material, indie-leaning songs, and more unconventional concepts. While his existing catalog offers a window into his style and potential material for artists, his larger goal is collaboration: becoming part of the creative process and helping turn a good idea into a great record.
