Biography & Metadata
Peter Renwood & Crazy Wild Horses is an international Americana and Traditional Country collective, driven by the vision of Croatian-born songwriter and harmonica player, Peter Renwood. Refusing to compromise with the polished, computerized sound of modern pop-country, Renwood builds his songs from the ground up, starting with real wood, wire, and honest storytelling. Rather than stepping up to the microphone himself, he acts as the project’s musical architect. Renwood weaves his signature Hohner harmonica lines through arrangements brought to life by hand-picked guest vocalists and elite session musicians from across the globe. To capture the authentic, dusty warmth of the 1970s Nashville sound, Renwood consistently collaborates with industry veterans. His tracks prominently feature legendary Nashville pedal steel player John Heinrich, alongside work with Andrija Tokić at the renowned Bomb Shelter Studio. From the latest radio single "Angelica" and the slow-burning reflection of "Picture On The Table", to the heartfelt acoustic homage "Goodbye Kris" (a tribute to Kris Kristofferson), Peter Renwood & Crazy Wild Horses create music for those who still appreciate the space between the notes. Gaining traction across radio stations and international airwaves, it’s borderless outlaw music that sounds less like a formal performance, and more like a quiet conversation shared over a glass of whiskey after closing time.
