Biography & Metadata

Italian-based duo MAXIMALS is composed by Davide and Riccardo. After having build a solid background with different releases, they decided in early 2015 to join forces to create MAXIMALS and start developing their own sound, starting with the first release on February2016. Currently they're working on new sounds inspired by the 70/80's atmosphere. The biggest goal of his career till now is certainly their track “Dancin” released in August on Nicky Romero’s label Protocol Recordings, which gained supports like Martin Garrix, W&W, Nicky Romero, Sick Individuals and many others. They had the chance to present the track on stage with Nicky Romero himself at his set at Altromondo Studios, Rimini, and got also invited to play at his party in Amsterdam, During Ade. On the 3rd of February 2017 their first single “Enigma” has been released on Protocol Recordings, and the 10th of March sees the release of their third track “CNTRL”. On 15th of May their collaboration with Tom Swoon, “Helter Skelter” has been released on Spinnin Records, and has been widely and intensively supported by many big artists, including Martin Garrix, Fedde Le Grand, Nicky Romero. Their latest track “Fall In Line”, released again on Protocol Recordings represents a milestone for their career, being their first vocal track, which ended up in the “Viral 50 Germany” playlist in Germany. it has been included in the Ultra Music Festival Miami aftermovie, as track number 3, gaining worldwide recognition.
