Third Development

Third Development came to life in 2021 with a debut album The Thought of Tomorrow that delivered a blend of 80s infused synth and 90s inspired electronica via an ethereal 9-track journey. Introspective and exotic, the album ebbs and flows between instrumental beats and atmospheric vocals from Manchester U.K. based @kintsuku; floating between upbeat and hopeful to downtempo and thought-provoking. Band lead Geoffrey James followed-up with two more singles in 2021, Shining On and Echoes, both featuring lead vocals from Mila Sade (Atlanta, GA). Auras (2022) celebrates the return of Kintsuku with an upbeat electronica style and an atmospheric world vibe while Shadow Frequencies (2023) delivers an instrumental dreamy journey. Auras and Shadow Frequencies offer a sexy escape and both fit perfectly within the ‘Etherea’ genre that Third Development itself has coined. In 2024 James released Our Parallel Worlds, a collaboration with Canada’s Ali Wick on lead vocal with a guest Opera (yes, Opera) appearance by Italy’s Francesca Maionchi. An upbeat new single that spawned a popular Remix in 2026 from Lee Rosevere, PEI Canada. Third Development has worked with Grammy-winning Mastering Engineer Emily Lazar, NYC, Mix Engineer and Producer Sara Fedi, Italy, Flutist Livia Schweizer, Helsinki, Finland, Saxophonist Kevin McMahon, Italy, vocalist Kintsuku, U.K., rap artist Minx, U.K., Lucid Letters, U.K. and Mila Sade, Atlanta, U.S.A., Ali Wick, Canada & Francesca Maionchi, Italy.
