Colombian-born and Berlin-based DJ and producer Funk Tribu is at the forefront of the nu-trance movement, known for his genre-fluid, retro-futuristic sound that merges hypnotic grooves with dreamy, ethereal textures. With roots in Bogotá’s vibrant music culture, Eduardo Jose Montañez Sanchez began experimenting with electronic production as a teenager, drawn to the limitless creative potential of machines and software. As one of the pioneers of the nu-trance sound, he is reshaping dance floors around the world - now further expanding his vision through his newly founded record label, TRIBE, a platform for forward-thinking electronic music.
