Billy Inns

Billy Inns is a tech-house producer and DJ based in Venice Beach, California, known for his hypnotic grooves, driving percussion, and emotionally charged soundscapes. A native of Los Angeles, Billy’s re-emergence on the underground scene comes with a powerful story of transformation and creative rebirth. During a period of incarceration stemming from his past involvement in the Darknet, Billy turned inward—channeling his energy into music production and refining a distinct sonic identity. Behind the walls, he crafted a series of raw, heartfelt tracks that now form the emotional core of his catalog. Drawing inspiration from the gritty pulse of the LA underground and the introspection of personal growth, his music blends stripped-down rhythms with infectious hooks and energetic vocal samples. With a growing library of releases and a renewed sense of purpose, Billy Inns is now carving out his place in the global tech-house scene—one track at a time.
