Krrum

Leeds-based producer Krrum balances heavy, maximalist instrumentation with considered melodic hooks. Growing up in England's dark peak nurtured a love of the natural and a curiosity of the wider world, which he found on a move to Leeds, in the DIY-basement-gig scene in Hyde Park. He released his debut signal 'Morphine' in 2015, followed by 'Evil Twin', which hit number 1 on Hype Machine and celebrated the bombast of Future Bass flavoured with the natural sounds of brass instruments and field recordings. Krrum released his debut album Honeymoon in June 2018, a vibrant collage in collaboration with director Camille Summers-Valli and artist Matt de Jong. After an 8 year break, Krrum returns with his crashing and fizzy new album 'Gloom'.
