Formed in the late 80s and a pioneer of the psytrance scene, the Danish project KoxBox, created by the unstoppable Frank Madsen, also known as DJ FrankE, is one of the most respected live acts of the last 30 years in the psytrance scene. With six studio albums released and collaborations with big names in psytrance such as GMS, Eat Static, Ajja, Dickster, Transwave, Absolum, Deedrah, Shanti Matkin, Earthling, The Infinity Project, Logic Bomb, Sandman, Prana, and Out Of Orbit, KoxBox has performed at numerous major festivals and parties around the world, including Burning Man, Ozora, Psy-Fi Festival, Free Earth, Antaris, Indian Spirit, Sola Luna, Boomtown, Connection Festival, Space Safari, Lost Theory, Atmosphere, Hill Top, and many others. As one of the leading artists on Raja Ram's legendary label, TIP Records, KoxBox continues to produce, evolve, and create new music constantly, offering his audience unforgettable soundscapes and undertaking various collaborations and side projects, such as Iridian (with Jakob Rosenkrantz) and Arcon (with Hujaboy).
