Darryl Wezy

A Jakarta-based singer-songwriter Irfandy Hamzah, under his moniker Darryl Wezy, released a debut album called Maze of Fears in Indonesia and Japan after winning an online music competition in 2011. His electronica-tinged nudisco single ‘Together Again’ won ‘Dance Track of The Year’ category on PARANOIA Awards 2014. During hiatus circa 2014-2016 he collected the live demo songs and started to record them all one by one in the midst of his corporate career as a banker. His anti neo-fascism anthem and also a comeback single called Tomorrow was released in early 2018 under his own label Björnsson Records. As the follow-up to previous single, Kemarau Terakhir - EP album was also released on 24 August 2018 along with the other alternate versions and a couple of old songs from his debut album. Currently, he released his latest single Twin Spica and preparing a new album in 2024.
