E-Kove

Gabriel Lorenzo De La Torre, known as “E-Kove,” is an established 22-year-old artist from Las Piñas City, notably known for his lyrical skills. His breakout track, MILLION PESO BABY - Million Dollar Baby - Remix amassed nearly 500K plays across social media platforms in a week. The track’s double entendres and flow switches caught the ears of hip-hop fans nationwide. E-Kove started young, performing at hip-hop events across Metro Manila at the young age of 14 years old. He became known for his hunger, performing anywhere he could. Every year, he makes his presence felt at local events, lineup or not. He also gained an early glimpse of popularity at the peak of Twitter usage in 2020, dropping freestyles, open verses, and covers. In 2023, he was a 1st runner-up at Spotify’s KalyeX Manila Xypher despite being unprepared. He has also performed at Urban Gathering & Good Old Days, TMP’s flagship events. Another notable contribution to E-Kove’s rise is his Spityobars episode, which garnered 300K Facebook views, further solidifying his name. Even taking notice from Flow G and other solidified local artists. Expanding into R&B, he dropped SHY TYPE with Seann Jefferson and KAGABI. SHY TYPE became a hit, earning 12K+ TikTok posts and 300k streams. E-Kove has also been linked with artists like DEMI, P4bl0, and Dreycruz.
