Mic Owl

Michael decided one day to be reborn, to free himself from old wounds and to finally love the person he saw in the mirror. In this mirror appeared philosophically and artistically a character: Mic Owl. A saving owl, a liberating alias. An alter ego that allowed him to finally dare to be who he wanted to be. Beyond the clichés or the boxes in which many tried to lock him in. Mic Owl will release an EP in 2024 about a summer fling, a Flame that died as fast as it ignited, but turned everything upside down. After releasing the track 'Cut You Loose' at the end of 2019 with Thomas Hamilton which reached 100k streams, Mic Owl has been selected among the finalists of The Voice Belgium in 2022. A show in which he was noticed for his cover of 'Corps' by Yseult and that enabled him to better define his musical project. Mic Owl's electronic-based, soul-influenced pop songs draw inspiration from contemporary artists such as Charlie Puth, Sam Smith, Harry Styles, Shawn Mendes and MARINA. He stands for LGBTQI rights and Mental Health issues.
