homeWard

We’re Joshua and Rachel, the brother and sister duo behind homeWard. Born and raised in a small farm town in Minnesota. Music was the heartbeat of our home. After years of life leading us thrifty careers, kids, love and loss, the one thing that kept calling us back was the music we grew up singing side by side. Now we’re here, writing raw, real-life country songs. Our harmony is more than blending - it’s family. It’s the story of two kids who learned to sing in their parent’s basement home studio. Our songs come from real life - from the deep places where you fight to stay true to yourself, from the Joy of coming home, and from the love that carries you through the hard seasons. We’re not trying to be anything other than who we are. We write the kind of country music that you can feel - honest, emotional, stripped down, and grounded in the roots that shaped us. Come on in - the porch light’s on. Thank you for being a part of our journey - it means more than you know.
