BAST

BAST is a rising star on the Swedish electronica scene. The duo, consisting of John Lönnmyr and Daniel J, combines an impressive experience with an uncompromising vision. John, who also plays with The Night Flight Orchestra, has toured internationally, while Daniel has performed as a solo artist and worked in the music industry for many years. In BAST, both artists find the space to realize their shared dream: a band that operates entirely on its own terms, without compromise. Their sound is characterized by dystopian, often fateful soundscapes, yet the strong melodies remain central. Live, the duo promises a holistic experience, where visuals are just as important as the music. Their performances will deliver an emotional punch, with bass that hits to the core, melodies that cut like knives, and lyrics filled with fateful hope.
