Acid Snot

Acid Snot is a Barcelona-based band known for their electrifying blend of melodic punk, alternative metal and djent riffing and catchy melodies. With an identity that channels the raw and raging energy of the underground punk scene but with a refined, technical and progressive sound, Acid Snot tackles socio-political issues and emotional dimensions with unapologetic fervor and care, using their music as a platform for change and personal emotional healing. Fast yet bouncy, with songs full of vocal harmonies, dual guitar leads, metal riffs and pop punk/metalcore drum beats, their sound is influenced by bands such as A Wilhelm Scream, Counterparts, Belmont, Thousand Oaks or The Contortionist. With a reputation for explosive live performances, heavy-sounding tunes, heartfelt choruses and an unwavering commitment to their craft, Acid Snot continues to push the boundaries of alternative rock, punk and metal, exploring new horizons and intersections in their ever-changing artistic project. In the past, they released an EP (Hometown, 2013) and a full-length (Attitudes, 2016), and have played shows and festivals around more than 10 countries, including Punk Rock Holiday, Manchester Punk Fest, KNRD Fest, Shredfest or ETGL, sharing bill with bands like The Offspring, Propagandhi, A Wilhelm Scream, Anti-Flag, Ignite, Pennywise, The Toy Dolls, Get Dead, Not On Tour, DARKO, Antillectual, Witch Fever, Hot Water Music, Adrenalized, Madball or Trash Boat, amongst others.
