Miyoki

She mixes past and future in her music, with worldly folk undertones ranging from Japanese min'yō all the way to balkan. Her sound has experimental and electropop influences reminiscent of artists such as Grimes, FKA Twigs or Kerli. The result is a fusion of catchy dance beats and ethereal vocals, with an approachable pop twist. Her collaboration have amassed over 35 million collective streams, and releases on labels such as Monstercat, NCS and Liquicity. This year, her focus is set on releasing her own productions and compositions, breaking down boundaries between genres, and pushing outside of her comfort zone.
