Written by Wolves

Written By Wolves are a boundary-pushing cinematic rock band from New Zealand, known for their explosive live shows and massive global streaming presence. After debuting with Secrets in 2019 and collaborating with major rock artists on The Collab Project, the band evolved into a darker, more cinematic era with their acclaimed 2024 sophomore album The Lighthouse. Now boasting over 100 million Spotify streams and 460,000 monthly listeners, 152,000 YouTube subscribers, and 138 million views, they’ve toured internationally, shared stages with global heavyweights, and have become one of New Zealand’s most-streamed rock acts. With new music scheduled for release in 2026 on the back of their incredibly successful tour of Europe and the UK supporting Swedish Electronic Rock act Solence, Written By Wolves are no longer New Zealand’s best-kept secret - they’re rapidly becoming one of the most compelling modern rock exports on the global stage. With a proven international audience, explosive live reputation, and a bold cinematic vision still unfolding, Written By Wolves are the band to watch in 2026 and beyond.
