Paul Marmota

Paul Marmota is one of the most-visible and highly-regarded producers in Latinoamerica underground-club-music scene. Relocating from Chile to Mexico City in 2010, Paul Marmota has been heavily cross-pollinating club sounds ever since. ‘Adaptacion’ is a collection of some of his recent works, delving into many diverse corners of the club music spectrum. Drawing from a variety of Latin musical influences such as Dembow, Tribal Prehispanico, Musica Andina and Flamenco, other worldly sounds such as Algerian Rai and Afrobeats and mixing it together with elements of Industrial music, Bubbling, Techno and Rap resulting in a remarkably, reinvigorating reaction to modern-electronic-club music.
