Biography & Metadata
Brooklyn, NY OMAT’s debut record "Optimization" pulls through with 7 self-produced cuts all living within a sonic landscape of their own. Their songwriting pulls the EP together with the neurotic twinge of the band's members. Exploring themes circulating around the chaos, heartache and existential dread that is surviving everyday life. Cranky feedback wails fed by angry guitars and heavy drum hits are accompanied by satisfying melodic phrases that invoke a rage-full feeling of nostalgia. Messy and sweet in all the right places OMAT’s debut EP invites you in and keeps your attention.
