Giulio Vetrone

Giulio Vetrone made his debut with Maffia Sound System, penning their eponimous EP (published by german group Jazzanova); he has also contributed various remixes to italian bands Right Tempo and Materiali Sonori. He formed the FragmentOrchestra (Schema Records), touring extensively to the approval of artists like Gilles Peterson, Groove Armada, Gotan Project e Thievery Corporation. Together with Olivier Manchion he fronts the Permanent Fatal Error, an italo-french band that has performed in many international festivals (Pop Montreal Festival, Musiques Volantes Metz, Nouveau Casino Paris). Since 2007 he’s been part of singer-songwriter Nada Malanima’s backing band, recording live “Stazione Birra” (RaiTrade) and appearing in many tv performances (Scalo 76, Effetto sabato, Gargantua, Cd Live). He played also with the Greek musician Dimitri Zambragkis in France and with the Playtoy Orchestra in Italy, China, Colombia Since 2010 he has been involved in soundtracks, making albums for various European production libraries.
