Biography & Metadata
El General Legacy is a celebration of the life, music, and cultural impact of Edgardo Franco — the Panamanian pioneer widely recognized as one of the founding fathers of Reggae en Español and a precursor to reggaetón. From groundbreaking hits like Tu Pun Pun, Te Ves Buena, and Muévelo, El General helped bring Caribbean rhythms and Spanish-language dancehall to the world, opening doors for generations of Latin urban artists. This channel honors his journey, his influence on global music culture, and the timeless legacy that helped shape modern reggaetón. Visit elgenerallegacy.com
