Hailing from Dallas, TX, MvkeyyJ, (pronounced MikeyyJ), is a Nashville, TN based songwriter/hip-hop artist that combines and intertwines flawless melodies over head-knocking beats. Lyrical poise and atmospheric tracks, that evoke the feeling of levitating, permeate his sound. All throughout his music, you will hear references to African-American culture, influences, and effects. He provides the perfect mood and feeling for any moment. All while being independent, Mikey has amassed millions of streams platform-wide. He’s gone from featuring on full-length tours like “The Incognito Tour” to performing at widely coveted festivals like A3C Festival and SXSW.
