LVDS

Vintage sounds, dusty samples & modern grooves... LVDS, a Dutch music producer (currently based in Italy), blends jazz, swing, soul and electronic music into records made for today, inspired by another era. Starting out with productions and performances in the hard dance scene, he gradually began to develop his own distinctive style, situated at the crossroads of swing and jazz hop, with a touch of electro swing, soul and house elements. His debut album "Golden Days", released in 2020 on the Electro Swing Thing label, was a milestone in his career and opened the door to the world of Electro Swing for him, whilst the track “1925” quickly gained popularity and the favour of fans of the genre. In 2024, LVDS teamed up with ProleteR, a pioneer in the swing hop scene, with whom he co-produced the EP “Moonswings”. One of his greatest passions is giving new life to old recordings by combining them with modern production techniques and creating something fresh, while respecting their original character. To create a slightly nostalgic mood for the listener through his songs, while keeping them somewhere between the present and the past. His new album is set to be released in the first half of 2027. It will bring together his main musical interests: old music, especially jazz, swing and vintage recordings, with a strong touch of hip-hop and electronic sounds.
