Jules Renauld

Jules Renauld is a French jazz musician who emigrated to New York in the late 1990’s. While he enjoyed the gritty scene of Paris’ 10th Arrondissement, especially Pigalle, he felt something was missing from his music and his life that could only be found in New York. He is a master of many instruments and mostly prefers to work alone, though occasionally he will find a partner to share his studio time with. Jules also enjoys creating new versions of popular classics, such as his hugely popular take on “Wake up and Make Love with Me which he says has always been one of his favorites. Always active, Jules is currently in the studio working on new material as he is being interviewed, so stay tuned!
