midkeys

midkeys is the artist project of Tom Beier, a producer, songwriter and ghost producer from Cologne, Germany. Moving between Chill House and Melodic House, midkeys creates music built on a simple philosophy: "Music is only love looking for words." His tracks live exactly in that space where emotion becomes melody and feeling turns into sound. Before stepping into the spotlight, Tom spent years working behind the scenes as a ghost producer, shaping records for other artists and developing a deep understanding of what makes a song truly connect. That craftsmanship now flows into his own releases and it shows. His single "Bad Habits", released on Paraiso, became a defining moment for the project: with over 13 million streams and multiple radio plays, the track proved that midkeys' signature blend of warm, atmospheric soundscapes and melodic depth resonates far beyond the club.Whether it's a laid-back Chill House groove for a late summer evening or a Melodic House journey built for the dancefloor, every midkeys production starts the same way with an emotion searching for its sound. What sets his music apart is the songwriter's perspective: even in instrumental moments, there's always a story being told. Based in Cologne, one of Germany's most vibrant music cities, midkeys continues to write, produce and release music that speaks the language everyone understands no words needed.
