Drawing from the rich traditions of original material, Folk, Blues, Bluegrass and Celtic music, The Go Twos create a captivating musical blend merging their diverse backgrounds and passion for folk traditions into a unique and enchanting sound. Musicians on the recording Rosie McDonald- vocals, acoustic guitar, Irish bouzouki, bodhran Nigel Lever vocals ,mandolin, flat pick acoustic guitar, octave mandolin Quentin Fraser dobro resonator guitar, double bass Rosie McDonald is a singer/guitarist with a strong, driving rhythmic playing style , often in alternate tuning as well as finger picking style guitar along with Irish bouzouki and bodhran. Nigel Lever is a renowned bluegrass and folk mandolinist / guitarist and singer. Founding member of iconic bluegrass band 'Acoustic Shock' and later with the Karen Lynne band,Nigel has toured extensively in Australia and overseas, as well as frequently travelling to the American Bluegrass heartland Quentin Fraser-.multi instrumentalist whose playing styles include Country Swing, Jazz, Folk, Blues and Bluegrass has been performing in multiple line ups and has collaborated with Nigel for many years Ann Palumbo – multi instrumentalist and versatile performer joins The Go Twos on double bass for shows. The GoTwos recorded their debut album Kurrawarra with Bowen Shakallis at Stranded recording studios and mixed by Ben Thomas & mastered also by PAX at Altasona Studio, Sydney.
