Jean Lorenzo

Jean Lorenzo is a singer/songwriter born in Hato Rey, PR and raised in Central Florida with Puerto Rican and Dominican upbringings. At the age of 15, he started producing music with his closest friend and also wrote some songs to get extra credit in class. What started as an after school hobby quickly turned into his life's focus. With his influences ranging from the old-school sounds of Hector Lavoe and Ruben Blades, to the new sounds of Bruno Mars, Kanye West and Pharrell Williams, Jean's taste in music is rich in versatility. He attended college to dive deeper into the understanding of the creative process and production of music, polishing his skills and elevating his quality of work. In 2017, he released his first single entitled, "In The '80s" sparking the start of his career as an artist. In 2018, he joined forces with his college friend to form the group, Créme Lo, to create and release new music. Together, they played in live venues across Florida until the unfortunate events of the global pandemic. Since then, Jean has been working on his solo project in Spanish, including the release of his first self-produced EP "Novato Estrella", which includes the hit "Soñando Despierto", his newest single "TBT", and many, many more to come.
