Kristo

Kristo is the solo project of Belgian artist, composer and multi-instrumentalist Kristiaan Deruytter. Driven by musical craftsmanship and artistic integrity, he blends funk, soul and alternative R&B with a deep love for classic songwriting. With echoes of Prince and D’Angelo, alongside contemporary artists such as Dijon, Yebba and Jordan Rakei, his music feels timeless yet modern, with an intuitive pop sensibility that is distinctly his own. In an increasingly fast-moving music industry, Kristo makes a case for taking your time: for the artist to follow his instincts and build a musical world of his own, and for the listener to explore it.
