Wrex

Wrex is a Barcelona born DJ and producer with nearly two decades of experience in the electronic music scene. Starting as a promoter in 2005, he officially began his DJ career in 2012, opening for Avicii at Electro Beach Festival in Puerto Vallarta, Mexico. A key figure in Barcelona nightlife, Wrex has held residencies at some of the city’s most iconic clubs, including Sutton Club for 10 years and Opium Barcelona for seven years. He is currently a resident DJ at Shôko Barcelona, ranked #7 in The World’s 100 Best Clubs 2025, and Luz de Gas. Wrex has shared stages with global artists including Tiesto, The Chainsmokers, Steve Aoki, Marshmello, Hardwell, Dimitri Vegas & Like Mike, Avicii, Dom Dolla, Chris Lake, Sonny Fodera, Matroda, and many more. In 2026, he performed at Ultra Europe for the second time and made his Tomorrowland Belgium debut, marking a major step in his international career. As a producer, Wrex has released music on labels including Hexagon, Confession, Soave, Municipal Recordings, and Smash The House. His productions have received support from David Guetta, Armin van Buuren, Martin Garrix, R3HAB, TCHAMI, Don Diablo, Dimitri Vegas & Like Mike, and more. His 2026 release “To The Beat” on Smash The House, with Galoski and Azooland, reached #33 on the Beatport Bass House Chart, #9 on the 1001Tracklists Trending Chart, #5 Newcomer Chart, and #10 Top Overall Chart, and has been played by David Guetta in his live sets.
