Sara Melson

Blurring boundaries between indie folk, cosmic country, and Americana, Sara’s songs have been featured on KCRW, KCSN, Apple Music, and iHeart Radio, on Grey's Anatomy, and in ads for Volvo and Chevy. She's been called "immersive melancholy" by PopMatters and "something special" by Variety. Blending the ethereal intimacy of Cat Power, the smoky haze of Mazzy Star, and the pristine clarity of Carole King, Sara has shared the stage with Ben Folds, Moby, Juliana Hatfield, Lissie, Khatumu, Meels, Silversun Pickups, Beachwood Sparks, Dawes, Margaret Cho, Neil Halstead, Mojave 3, Marc Broussard, Inara George, and the late great Jill Sobule. She is currently at work on a new indie-folk album, Elixir.
