Biography & Metadata

Carlisle artist Reaper X debuted on YouTube with catchy, beautiful and dark beats that would turn any crowd up. With some inspiration in his beats from Pi’erre Bourne, F1LTHY, Lukrative and many more, Reaper started posting to YouTube in the final quarter of 2019. The support from people all around the world helped him continue with his channel. Born Sebastian Oliver in the heart of Carlisle, UK, Reaper grew up listening to bands like Green Day, Foo Fighters and artists like Michael Jackson, Erasure and Pet Shop Boys. But one day, that all changed. The music went from Rock and Pop, to straight Hip-Hop and Rap. First listening to Bone Thugs-N-Harmony, Lil Wayne and Eminem, his mother and brother put him onto the music he loves to listen to and create today. Reaper would start posting instrumental remakes and tutorials to YouTube in 2019, gaining a stunning amount of support which motivated him to keep going at the YouTube game. In June of 2020, Reaper X would begin a journey, starting a collective, known as NEON Collective, which consists of artists, producers and graphic creators. The roster includes, Kirxy (Creative Director), Hypa, and DanellDidIt. The collective would go onto release a beat tape that same year, and multiple Drum and Loop Kits for people to download and use in their music. The collectives first group release, BloodLust, shows what some of the producers are capable of.
